Made of glass-fibre reinforced polyoxymethylene polymer, it is resistant to wear, shock and heat and the hand-made polishing gives it a particularly pleasant velvety touch. The Sandvik modified 12C27 stainless steel blade, with a high percentage of carbon, guarantees a particularly effective cut and high resistance to corrosion. The full tang blade extends across the entire handle, giving the knife strength and balance. The Intempora collection is reliable and makes your life in the kitchen easier. After washing, the fiberglass may have light white streaks. Simply grease the handle lightly to restore the blue color.
