What are the delivery times?
At Knife Park, you can check the availability of a product in our warehouse before placing your order!
This enables us to ensure rapid order fulfillment. Processing times are generally only 24 to 36 working hours, varying depending on when the order is placed.
When a product is marked as available for delivery, it is handed over to our courier within approximately 24 to 36 hours after the order is placed.
Once the product has been handed over, our courier will send you an email with the tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Please note that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Please note that once we hand the item over to the courier, they become solely responsible for its integrity and for meeting the delivery deadlines.
Our staff carefully inspects the items before they are packed and entrusted to the courier, ensuring their integrity until they leave our warehouses.
Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the number of packages received corresponds to that indicated on the transport document, and that the packaging is intact and undamaged.
In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the delivery by noting “WITH RESERVE” or “GOODS CONTROL RESERVATION” along with a description of the anomaly observed on the copy of the delivery document retained by the courier.
Failure to contest any damage at the time of delivery will exempt Knifepark.com from accepting returns for damages caused during transport.
